A reporting channel whose anonymity does not depend on your administrator.
An employee, a contractor or a third party reports a breach without creating an account, then continues the dialogue with a follow-up key that only they hold. The system writes down nothing that could lead back to them.
Under construction: anonymous submission, dialogue by follow-up key and compartmentalised handling exist; the rest is announced as such below.
From report to follow-up, end to end
Anonymous or confidential submission
No account. The reporter describes the facts and receives a follow-up key; no address or identifier is requested.
Dialogue without lifting anonymity
The referent asks questions, the reporter answers by presenting their follow-up key. The exchange continues without identity ever entering the loop.
Compartmentalised handling
Only the referent designated on a case can see it. The organisation's other referents have no access to it.
Acknowledgement and feedback
Tracking of the response deadlines set by regulation, with reminders to the referent. Announced for a future version.
Time-stamped register
Register of reports and their outcomes, sealed by Probvia so that it can be relied on as evidence. Announced for a future version.
Protection against retaliation
Traceability of decisions taken after a report, to be able to show they are not a consequence of it. Announced for a future version.
Several entities, strictly separated
Groups and subsidiaries: each entity sees only its own cases.
Link with compliance
The report feeds the organisation's compliance file, with Nisera. Announced for a future version.
What we will not do
- Never identify the reporter
Alertvia uses no strong identity on the reporter's side: authenticating the person would destroy what the channel promises. Authentication, when it comes, will only concern the referent handling the case.
- Never a log that links a report to a person
No IP address, no email, no user agent in what the system writes. This is checked by a test that actively searches for the reporter in everything that was written, not promised in terms of use.
- Hostable on your own infrastructure
No third-party resources: no remote font, no CDN, no external script. An internal reporting channel is exactly the product an organisation wants to host itself.

Frequently asked questions
Is Alertvia available?
Not yet in its full version. Anonymous submission, dialogue by follow-up key and compartmentalised handling are done; the sealed register and traceability against retaliation follow. Join the waiting list.
Does the reporter have to create an account?
No. They submit their report and receive a follow-up key, which only they hold. It lets them resume the dialogue without revealing who they are.
Can the administrator identify the reporter?
The system is built so that there is nothing to find: no application log keeps an address, an email or a user agent. This property is verified by automated tests, including on the web server configuration provided.
Can I host it myself?
That is the design principle: every component must be able to run on the customer's infrastructure.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is coming. No price is announced before it is final.
